I am super humbled and happy to feel like I am ready to share my longer form content with this community of women.

My goodness, it has been a long process of becoming. Stepping into the new incarnation of myself (once again), and hearing the call to share more specifically on women’s wisdom, the greatest octaves of mothership, womanhood, all things thriving, nourishment, inspired creativity and aligned entrepreneurship.

Here’s what you can expect from these Paradise Temple Letters.

I will write once a week and you will receive this nourishment via email on Fridays, the day of Venus.

I am here for depth. For real, lasting transformation. For truthful whole and holy embodiment. For deeply felt, prayed, meditated and lived perspectives that open up portals of wisdom, beauty, miracles, prosperity and thriving.

For results that don’t just scratch the surface and are easily forgotten but reshape the way we live our every day lives, the way we relate to ourselves and the whole, the way we create, celebrate and thrive.

I call for women, men, families, communities, societies to fully embrace the new paradigms of living—ones that are already available to us right here, right now.

I am done skimming the surface.

I am here to dive into the foundational causes of imbalance, suffering, lack, pain, distraction, stagnation and playing small —and through the alchemy of our own being, the timeless laws of thriving, the leading edge of Paradise co-creation, to lift ourselves up into wholeness and fulfilment.

Our birthright is Thriving.

Now a little bit about a place where I am sharing from and my intention of being here.

I am essentially a student of Life, a wife, a mama, a sister, a writer, an artist, an alchemist, a medicine woman, and a Creatress. We all have different mediums of choice for our expression and writing is a major one for me.

I’ve always been writing about the aspects of my business, life and nourishment in various formats starting from a handful of blogs, to a decade of newsletters and social media copy for my 7 fig business, to menus and recipes, to a published book, to song, poetry and prayer, and everything in between.

In the last 5 years I have been deep in the postpartum and motherhood portal and some of the deepest initiations and transformations of my life.

As a result of the deep internal and external transformation I was put in a position where I can no longer NOT SHARE. I started receiving this nagging feeling that the instagram caption and the newsletter cannot quite capture the depth, clarity and synergy of idea, activation and transmission that I am here to share and express. I am eager to share on a lot deeper level, not to collect more likes but to actually share valuable gems with those ears and eyes that are ready to receive it. I started longing for a community and a container that would facilitate this content emergence.

Enter substack.

It is a lovely encouragement for me to keep writing and developing the richness, the creativity and the transmission that wants to come through. It is a also an invitation for the crystallisation of my audience.

Few things you may want to know about me:

My interest and my heart is very much at the intersection of spirituality and consciousness, the paradigm of thriving, the feminine wisdom, deep nourishment, the intuitive realms, the alchemy and portal of birth and motherhood (the pathways to a thriving, overflowing, abundant, fulfilling motherhood) sacred sisterhood, family altar, creativity, time freedom, unschooling ourselves and our children, plant and mineral allies, nature, land and yes aligned entrepreneurship and business.

Call me woo woo based on the above, but I am also badass or crazy or daring enough to have built a 7 fig business in my career from scratch, attracted a 7 fig investment, wrote an epic book, directly taught 1000s of students, and fed over a million people. I am also blessedly married for 15+ years in service to the frequency of the sacred union and sacred marriage. In service to Paradise which is not some distant fairytale but a moment to moment decision and a portal.

I am most comfortable exploring and diving into the highest realms of consciousness and bringing them here on earth as embodied codes of thriving. I call it building the temples of God within and without.

I KNOW that women can—and absolutely deserve to—have beautiful families, abundant children, and deeply loving relationships, while also experiencing true fulfilment and thriving in every area of life: health, intimacy, community, creativity, finances, access to pure elements and nourishment, vitality, and a regulated nervous system.

This becomes possible when a woman chooses to step into and initiate herself as her most authentic self—a leader, a matriarch, an embodied example—fully aligned with her soul, heart, body, and mission - and step into her Paradise Temple.

It is so essential for us all on individual and collective levels.

So this is a taste of what awaits.

It is the honey of my soul.
